implementation of the curriculum, teaching strategies
and approaches, pupils performance, problems affecting

gather urgent and relevant issues and concerns to come
up with good decision making and for policy
recommendation/ formulation.
The Republic Act 10533, the Enhanced Basic
Education Act of 2013, DepEd Order No. 35, s. 2016,
the Learning Action Cell (LAC) as a K to 12 Basic
Education Program School-Based Continuing
Professional Development Strategy for the Improvement
of Teaching and Learning, and the Republic Act 9155,
the Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001 served
as the bases of this Project.

VI. General Impression and Banner Project “PATITIG” was well
Insights -participated in by all stakeholders
involved. It became an arena for all
stakeholders to plan and initiate programs
to better help the school in increasing its
efficiency. It boosters the teachers’
performance creating positive results in
pupils MPS. In terms of governance,
PROJECT PATITIG made all stakeholder
co- authors and co-owners of the school
progress.
PROJECT PATITIG enable the stakeholders
to generate activities that resulted to
establishment of some tangible project in
the Lao-angan ES such widening of school
quadrangle, renovation of school gate and
grills, construction of flower boxes and 12
faucets for hand washing facilities, and
establishment of reading cottage within the
school quadrangle.
Thru social medium Facebook, as a vehicle
of networking, the school was able to look
sponsor for school supplies of 274 pupils
within its implementation period. Books
were also donated to the school coming
from an Online Shopping Manager and still
lots of other sponsors local and abroad
continue to support school programs and
projects. All these happened in a span of
one year with full documentation.
Thus, PROJECT PATITIG or Partners,
Administrator and Teachers Impelling
Transparency and Initiatives in Governance
created very positive results in the progress
of the school academically and physically.
VII. Recommendations School banner should be implemented in a
long term bases. This should be a cash
grant or “ incentive” that will serve as a
capital outlay to fuel and sustain the
program.
