A.1 Qualifications
1. Master Teachers are obliged to participate in this project; and
2. Each department in the JHS and SHS should have 1 T-III
representative in category 1, for JHS and SHS.
A.1.2. Mechanics
1. Demonstrators should follow all the criteria used for Distinguished
teachers as reflected in the RPMS-PPST; and
2. Master Teachers should submit their lesson plans to the school head
and the Teacher III should submit their lesson plans to their assigned
monitoring head;

1. Open for all T I-TII; and
2. Each department in the JHS and SHS should have 2-3 entries.

1. Demonstrators should follow all the criteria used for Highly Proficient
teachers as reflected in the RPMS-PPST; and
2. Demonstrators should submit their lesson plans to their assigned
monitoring head;

Quest for Outstanding Demonstration Teacher). This project aims to demonstrate
the best teaching practices of teachers in teaching unmastered competencies;
enhance teachers’ skill in demonstrating their lesson; re-activate the skills of
teachers in teaching during face-to-face classroom set-up; produce quality lesson
plans for unmastered competencies; provide learning activities suited for the diverse
learners and compile different slide decks for Curriculum and Instruction of the SBM.
