III. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order in the DPCGES lobby. It
started at around 2:00 in the afternoon and was presided by Mrs. Maritess S. Patacsil,
Master Teacher I.

IV. Agenda

1. School Safety Protocols in Conducting Face-to-Face Classes

- Procedures in coming up with the list of learners joining the limited Face-to-Face classes
were discussed by Mr. Meneses
- Procedures in the layout and traffic flow of learners in the classroom and school vicinity
were discussed by Mr. Meneses

2. Status of the School Facilities Readiness

- Equipment and materials installed in the classrooms and other school facilities was presented by
Mr. Cruz.
a. hygiene materials at the entrance gate and in each classroom
b. equipment installed for the Hybrid classes

3. Class Program
- Schedules of classes and list of learners for the Face-to-Face classes were presented by Ms. Pelos
(Grade 6 Chairperson), Mr. Pernecita (Grade 5 Chairperson), and Mrs. Magat (Grade 4
Chairperson).

4. Open Forum
-Concern for learners’ uniform were raised by the parents and was answered by Mr. Cruz.
