 The meeting started at 9:00 AM

PROCEEDINGS
1. The meeting started with a singing of the National Anthem and a Prayer which was
presented through Audio Visual Presentation.
2. The School Head Mr. Ramil O. Caron formally introduce himself as the newly
appointed Head and in Charge of the Agol Elementary School.
3. Then, the school head facilitated the election of the new SPTA Board of Directors,
the parents elected new SPTA Officers. The following were the newly elected SPTA
Officers of Agol Elementary School for year 2022-2023.

 The School Head suggested a project which minor repair of the old grade 5&6
school building as temporary learning area of the above mentioned grade level.
 The SPTA BOD together with the parent representative agreed upon the project
proposed by the head in case the municipal and the division office approved the
minor repair of the school building.
 The SH discussed about the membership fee to be collected as authorize donation
of the parents amounting PHP. 200.00 for the repair of the school building.
 The majority agreed to discuss the proposed project repair at the 1ST GENERAL
SPTA Assembly which will be held in the Afternoon at AES Covered Court.
 The SH discussed about other matters like the Actio Research proposal SIPAG
AGOL which aims to help struggling readers of Agol, he was hopeful that the
parents and the teaching faculty of AES will work hand in hand to make the
advocacy possible.

 The SH encouraged the Members of the SPTA BOD to have a Quick Site
Inspection of the Agol E/S land area.

 The session ended at exactly 10:30 in the morning.

 Proclamation of Newly Elected Members of SPTA BOD (S.Y 2022-2023)
 SPTA Membership Fee for School Year 2022-2023 (Proceeds of collection will be at the
Grade 5&6 school building)
 Other Matters:
1. Retention, Survival, Failure Rate, drop –Out
2. Assessment, ALNAT, CERLA, 8 week LRC , Roll Out system for Non Readers /
Math Level.
3. Issues & Concerns
 School Site Fencing
 Putting Up school waiting area

5. School Calendar of Activities

 The meeting started at 1 :00 pm.

 The School Head suggested a project which minor repair of the old grade 5&6
school building as temporary learning area of the above mentioned grade level.
 The SH discussed to the parents about the minor repair of the old school building
roof.
  The SPTA BOD agreed upon the project proposed by the head in case the
municipal office and the higher office issued a document stating an approval for
school building occupancy.
 The SH brought up to the group that the school will generate a waiver or parent
consent to be signed in case the higher offices approved the occupancy of the old
school building as temporary learning shelter for grades 5 and 6.
 The SH discussed about the membership fee to be collected as authorize donation
of the parents amounting PHP. 200.00 for the repair of the school building.
 About 50 % of the present attendees raised their hands to approved the suggested
PHP. 200.00 authorize school donation.
 The SH discussed about other matters like the project proposal SIPAG which
aims to help struggling readers of Agol, he was hopeful that the parents and the
teaching faculty of AES will work hand in hand to make the advocacy possible.
6. The SH transpired to majority about the Retention, Survival, Failure Rate, drop –
Out, Assessment, ALNAT, CERLA, 8 week LRC, Roll Out system for Non
Readers / Math Level for the group to be informed about the Deped Programs.
7. The SPTA BOD together with the parents agreed to help each grade level to
secure each classrooms by having school site fenced which will be taken care of
each grade level parents.
8. Nolito Operio the present school site mini farm caretaker /farmer school, agreed
to give his share or part of the product harvest to the school and must be
collected by the SPTA Treasurer for additional school fund.
9. To secure the safety and welfare of the school personnel’s and pupils the head
suggested that the school must provide electric breaker control to avoid any
electric trouble in the school vicinity.
10. The SH appeal to the guardians and parents if in case they have complaints/
concerns or suggestions do not directly apprehend the higher offices such as
school supervisor office or the division office. If there are school related
complaints let the school office know the issues and concerns.
11. The SH encouraged the SPTA BOD to create proposed laws to be implemented
and must be approved by the board.
12. The SH discussed the content of the Schedule of School Calendar for school year
2022-2023.
13. And the head also informed the majority that this school year will be non-
extracurricular activities academic year.
14. The school head facilitated the Oath Taking Ceremony of the Newly appointed
SPTA BOD for school year 2022-2023.

 THE SESSION ADJURNED AT EXACTLY 3:00 PM IN THE AFTERNOON.
