TEACHERS TO SUPPORT THEIR
PARTICIPATION IN NEAP – RECOGNIZED
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAMS AND COURSES (NEAP-PDP)

FLOW OF DISTRIBUTION

1. SDO SUPPLY – Prepare allocation list by schools in coordination with


the Division ICT Officer and to be approved by the SDS indicating the
number of Smart Sim Cards (Enclosure 3).
2. SDO SUPPLY – ensure the transport or delivery of the Smart Prepaid
Sim Cards to the identified district/ schools.
3. DISTRICT PROPERTY CUSTODIANS – Receive and distribute the
Smart Prepaid Sim Cards to the identified elementary schools.
4. SCHOOL HEADS – Prepare and submit an electronic copy of delivery
acknowledgment receipt (Enclosure 4) to NEAP Central Office on or
before October 11, 2021 via Google Drive at
https://tinyurl.com/ProjectNEAPSim using the filename format: <School
Name>_Acknowledgement (eg. Atabay Elementary
School_Acknowledgement)
FLOW OF DISTRIBUTION

5. SCHOOL SUPPLY OFFICER /PROPERTY CUSTODIAN –


Prepare an allocation list indicating the names of public school
teachers who shall be receiving the Prepaid SIM Cards.
(enclosure 5) and distribute the cards
6. TEACHER-RECIPIENT – Sign the form (Enclosure 5) to signify
their receipt of item.
7. DISTRICT PROPERTY CUSTODIANS – Collect and submit all
original signed document and submit to the Division Supply
Office.
8. SDO SUPPLY – Submit all original documents to the DepEd
NEAP-Regional Office for safe keeping.
ACTIVATION AND REGISTRATION OF SIM

1. Activate the SIM by inserting to network compatible


cellular phone unit
2. Receive a message prompt requiring them to
accomplish the PDIS online registration at
www.deped.gov.ph/neap/register.html
3. After online registration the teacher will receive an
email indicating the steps on how to access PDIS
Online including their assigned username and
temporary password.
ACTIVATION AND REGISTRATION OF SIM

• REMINDERS:
 All Recipient Teachers are required to
access the PDIS and complete their
personal profile on or before OCTOBER 6,
2021.
 PDIS Registration shall be the basis for
the distribution of the Smart Prepaid load
credits.

REIMBURSEMENT OF COMMUNICATION
EXPENSE
• Public School Teachers who will not be receiving the Smart
Prepaid SIM Cards are allowed to claim subject to availability of
funds.
• Computation: No. of Online Training Days x Php 50.00 –
Allowable Reimbursement
• To process the claim the teacher must submit a certification
issued by the program proponent to prove the attendance and a
certification issued by the school head.
• Recipient of Smart Prepaid SIM Cards are not eligible to claim
communication expense reimbursement.
