SUBJECT: DESIGNATION ORDER OF SCHOOL BRIGADA ESKWELA COORDINATOR

DATE: FEBRUARY 8, 2021

In the exigency of the service, you are hereby designated as the School Brigada Eskwela
Coordinator (SBEC) effective February 10, 2021 to February 10, 2023.

As designated SBEC, you are expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities to wit:

1. Assist the school head in identifying the potential partner entities who could be
engaged in supporting the priority programs and projects of the School through the
Brigada Eskwela;
2. Serve as co-chair in the Brigada Eskwela Steering Committee who will spearhead
the implementation of the Brigada Eskwela Program and shall oversee the various
efforts to be undertaken for the program such as marketing and advocacy, resource
mobilization, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation;
3. Assist the School Head to facilitate the review and approval of the Memorandum of
Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding, Deed of Donation and Deed of
Acceptance within School Internal and External Stakeholders/Partners;
4. Shall summarize and consolidate the School Brigada Eskwela Plan and
Accomplishment Report and submit it to the Social Mobilization Unit in the Division
Office; and
5. Consolidate and submit School Brigada Eskwela Reports on generated resources to
the School Partnership Focal Person for encoding and uploading on the Deped
Partnerships Database System.

This assignment/designation is in addition to your regular function as a teacher and will not
provide additional remuneration nor will entitle you to any preferential consideration in future
promotions, however you are entitled to service credits for work and services rendered during
summer vacation, subject to existing rules and regulations.

DATE : FEBRUARY 8, 2021

In the exigency of the service, you are hereby designated as School Partnership Focal Person
(SPFP) effective February 08, 2021 to February 08, 2023.

As designated SPFP, you are expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities to wit:

1. Capture all partnership engagements of the school;

2. Assist the school head in identifying the potential partner entities who could be
engaged in supporting the priority programs and projects of the school;
3. Assist the School Head to facilitate the review and approval of the Memorandum
of Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding, Deed of Donation and Deed of
Acceptance within School Internal and External Stakeholders/Partners;
4. Manage school partnerships; and
5. Upload school partnership data on the DepED Partnership Database System
(DPDS) on a quarterly basis.

This assignment/designation is in addition to your regular function as a teacher and will not
provide additional remuneration nor will entitle you to any preferential consideration in future
