I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude for giving me the opportunity to become member of the Dep.Ed family. I am forever

grateful and indebted to you.

May I take this opportunity to request from your good office totransfer of station from Baliwagan National High School,

Baliwagan, Balingasag, Misamis Oriental to any schools in Laguindingan National High School, Matangad National High School,

Libertad National High School or Initao National Comprehensive High School.

I am Alfonso C. Jaraula Jr. 28 years old, married and presently assigned as Teacher – 1 atBaliwagan National High School,

Baliwagan, Balingasag Misamis Oriental. I am MAPEH major and I have been teaching for two years from February 4, 2013 until

present. I am renting a room in Palapar’s Residence at Baliwagan, Balingasag. The following are my reasons to apply for a transfer of

station:

1. My residence is at Purok 1, Gimaylan, Libertad, Misamis Oriental which is several kilometers away from my working

station.

2. I go home from Baliwagan, Balingasag Misamis Oriental every weekend to see my one (1) year old daughter whom I

leave to my parents for my wife works in Cagayan de Oro;

3. To curtail the travel distance from permanent residence to my present assignment.

With these reasons, I believe that I could be more efficient and more effective to serve when I work at a place near my

respective home. I’m hoping that my request shall be given due consideration and favorable action.

Dear Ma’am:

We wish to express our heartfelt gratitude for giving us the opportunity to become members of the
Dep.Ed family. We are forever grateful and indebted to you.

We are now teaching in our respective stations fulfilling our duties and responsibilities as educators. It
is so enjoyable to share to the students our acquired knowledge and life experiences in relation to the lessons we
discuss during class hours and even after classes. Likewise, a teacher is someone who extends himself to others
by building an external home. In fact, this is how we live our lives at the moment. We are teaching several
kilometers away from home and our beloved family thus we would respectfully like to apply for a swapping of
stations.

I am Jan Karol A. Abao, 28 years old, presently assigned as Teacher – I of Hinaplanan National High
School in Claveria, Misamis Oriental. I have been teaching MAPEH subject for 10 months from November 6,
2014 until at present. I am renting a room in Crystal Residence at Zone 3, Hinaplanan, Claveria. My reasons to
apply for a swapping of stations are the following: First, I go home from Hinaplananevery weekend to see my
nine years old daughter whom I leave to my parents for my partner works in Cagayan de Oro; Second, My
residence is at Purok 2, SugbongcogonMisamis Oriental which is several kilometers away from my station;
Third, my home is so close to Baliwagan National High School than my current station that I can travel home
everyday to share quality time to my family.

On the other hand, CharissePostrano-Camance, 24 years old, presently assigned as Teacher–I of

Baliwagan National High School in Balingasag, Misamis Oriental. She has been teaching MAPEH subject for
two years from February 4, 2013 until at present. His reasons to apply for a swapping of stations are the
following: First, She travels to school daily from Ane-I, Claveria to Baliwagan and goes home every day from
Baliwagan to Ane-I; Second, She has a three-year old daughter whom she leaves to her aged in-laws; Third, She
resides in Ane-I, ClaveriaMisamis Oriental which is just three kilometers away from Hinaplanan National High
School

With these reasons, we believe that we could be more efficient and more effective to serve when we
work at a place near our respective homes. We are hoping that our request shall be agreeable to you, we are
looking forward.
