PROCEEDINGS

1. Meeting was called to order at 8:00 am by the PTA President, Mr. Ramon A.
Barredo.
2. The first part of the meeting was formally started with a prayer and signing of
Philippine National Anthem all through audio-visual presentation. The statement of
purpose and welcome remarks was delivered the PTA President, Mr. Ramon A.
Barredo. The roll call was then made by Mrs Bencalo to check who attended the
meeting.
3. Ms. Angelie B. Santillan introduced to the parents the new school head of Revil-Bajar
NHS which is Maam Rowena M. Amoyo.
4. Sir Robert John Janer discussed the class schedule of the learners during face-to-face
classes. Based on the manifesto the tentative schedule of the Junior and Senior High
start from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
5. Maam Jovilyn S. Hermosa mentioned during her discussion that parents will be asked
to give their contact number where the school can text them the time of their children
arrival and departure from the school to ensure the safety of each learner.
6. Maam Rea C. Oreta discussed the physical facilities of the schools like the
handwashing areas in the different buildings around the school. She also emphasized
that there is individual handwashing area inside the classrooms.
7. Maam Kris Pauline S. Cancer Brigada School Coordinator emphasized that during
her talk that the school need 100% support from the stakeholders specially in terms of
manpower to help maintains the cleanliness and orderliness and beautification of the
school like cleaning, painting and the like.

8. Mr. Ramon A. Barredo, PTA President discussed the PTA Projects and Programs
wherein he emphasized the stakeholders, and the school faculty and management
should work hand in hand to help the school in preparing for SY. 2022-2023. He
proposed that every learner must donate 6 sacks of sand for the preparation of the
school for wall constructions he believes that every sack of sand will make things
possible to have a school concrete fence.
9. All matters resolved and the meeting was adjourned at exactly 12:00 noon.
