I. Shared Vision
By 2025, Revil-Bajar National High School is a child-centered learning institution that provides learning recovery programs through quality blended
learning instructions and data-based interventions focused on addressing the learning loss along basic literacy and numeracy skills among its learners.
To carry out its vision, it shall empower its educational leaders and strengthen linkage with stakeholders to initiate programs, projects and activities
that are responsive and relevant to the context of its learners.
To increase the percentage of Independent Level Readers in English of the Grades 7 to 10 learners from 60% to 100% by the end of SY 2024-2025.
To increase the percentage of Grade Level Ready of Grades 7 to 10 learners from 45% to 100% by the end of SY 2024-2025.
Given this data set, it could be deduced that there is a pressing need to address the numeracy learning losses of RBNHS learners in all grade levels in the
Junior High School.

in tracking the performance of the school in attaining its 3-year targets along recovering learning losses in literacy and numeracy. As indicated in this plan
also, are the annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which will gauge the effectiveness of the PPAs. This is significant in evaluating the effectiveness of
the PPAs and in making adjustments and modifications in the plan, should needed, for the succeeding years.
