the ones who survive are not those who are the strongest nor the most intelligent but
those who are most adaptable to change. This afternoon, let us witness the first batch of
K-12 program graduates glory for their success in hurdling faces of challenges.
Good afternoon and welcome to the Second Lawa National Senior High School
Graduation Rites. Ladies and gentlemen, the processional.

*Let us welcome the stakeholders in Education- PTA officials, Barangay, Municipal, and
DepEd Officials.
*Ladies and gentlemen, the pillars of this institution, the faculty of Lawa National high
School together with the honored guest.
*Please remain standing as we sing the Philippine National Anthem, Davao Occidental
Hymn, and Don Marcelino Hymn with Mrs. Angeluz L. Mamac, conducting.
*To bless this momentous occasion, may we call on May Ann Cabugatan, with Honors-
GAS to lead us all in prayer.
*Please be seated. To formally open this afternoon’s event, let us welcome Beverlyn P.
Dizon, with Honors-GAS. A big hand please.
*The main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our midst. To do the honors of
presenting this year’s candidates for graduation, may we have on stage the school head
of exemplary performance, Mr. Genciano M. Cambalon; to be followed by the
acceptance, confirmation, and a message by our SDS, Mr. Reynaldo B. Mellorida.(On
behalf of our SDS)
*A certificate of Graduation is the tangible evidence of being a graduate in a certain
level of education. This is now the fruit of each student’s endeavor. So, to do the honors
of the distribution of certificates of graduation to our life-ready graduates, May we have
once more, our SDS, our principal, municipal mayor, and our commencement speaker
on stage to hand the diplomas. Let us have the class advisers of the respective strands.
*Let us give our utmost felicitation to the graduates of batch 2018. Let us now come to
the awarding of medals to the students who carved name for themselves.

*Congratulations awardees and to the equally proud parents. Now, to give us words of
encouragement, let us give a hand to our municipal mayor, Hon. Michael Maruya.
*At this point, let us all be ears to Rose Ann Cadangdang, with honors- GAS, for her
farewell address. A round of applause, please.
*As a countenance of their glorious travel in the pursuit of each one’s dreams, let us
welcome the graduates for the singing of the graduation song, The World is Yours.
*Thank you, graduates. Today’s affair is being graced by a special woman who will in a
minute deliver her words of wisdom to our young graduates and to their parents. To get
to know more of her, may we call on stage our very own, SHST 3, Mrs. Darish Jane B.
Cambalon to introduce our commencement speaker.
*May we have on the stage once more ______________, for the awarding of the
Plaque of Appreciation to our Commencement speaker.
*At this juncture, may we call on Tyra M. Eleccion, with Honors-GAS, to lead the
graduates in their pledge of Loyalty.
*To end this memorable occasion, may we have our PTA President, Mr. Anecito Lutang

*This commencement exercise has truly been noteworthy for everyone here. May the
knowledge, skills, and competence you developed be the torch as you face real-life
challenges.
