Minutes of the Meeting

Re: Adjustment of School Improvement Plan 2020-2021
April 26, 2021

I. OPENING PROGRAM

The meeting was commenced at exactly 10:00AM at the Principal’s office. It was
formally opened with a prayer led by Ma’am Leilani Santos. The activity was spearheaded
by the newly installed School Head, Ms. Jessica T. Sison.

II. MEETING PROPER

Agenda of the Meeting

 Revisitation of the Annual Improvement Plan for the School Year 2020-2021
 Updates on the different Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPA’s) as reflected
on the AIP and OPCRF.
 Preparation of MOVs for each school-based project

1. The School Project Team Headed by Ms. Jessica T. Sison have been conducted a
thorough review of the Annual Implementation Plan for the school year 2020-2021.
2. The various programs and projects underwent scrutiny as to the status of
implementation that includes project proposals and activity completion reports.
3. Under KRA 1 Instructional Supervision, Project ROMEL (Recalibration On Monitoring
and Evaluation of Learning) was substantiated by adding additional activities such as
PPST-IPCRF Classroom observations and the implementation of the Teacher’s
Induction Program ((TIP) as recommended by the Division Personnel.
4. Additionally, Project SAGIP (Students’ Assistance Geared towards Improvement of
Learning) was included in the adjusted implementation plan for the school year

 2020-2021. This will give an additional support for the efforts made by the teachers
in the remediation program of the school that adheres on the principle of “no child is
left behind.”
5. The facilitator also emphasized on the schedule of SBM preparations, the documents
needed for the version 1 and version 2 of the actual validation phase as well as the
process flow of the SBM validation.
6. Lastly, Sir Edsar provided the planning team the glimpse of the school official website
to be used in archiving of documents for e-sbm.
7. The team have decided to come up with an adjusted implementation plan for the
remaining quarters this school year.
8. No other concerns were raised.

III. ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 12:00 noon.
