Greetings!
In pursuant to DepEd Memorandum 08, s.2023 known as Multi-year Guidelines on the
Results-Based Performance Management System-Philippine Professional Standard for Teachers
provides the guidelines on the performance management and appraisal of teachers using the 14
indicators in the RPMS for SY 2022-2023.
In this connection, may I request from your good office to allow the conduct of School LAC

on PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND EVALUATION (PHASE 3) at Danao Elementary School on

July 17, 2023.
May we request also that expenses incurred in this activity shall be charge to the school
MOOE fund of the said schools. Attached herewith is the Training Design and Matrix of this activity.

ANNOUNCING THE CONDUCT OF PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND EVALUATION (PHASE 3)

To: Danao ES Teachers

1. In the continued pursuit in making school achieve its goals, this office announces to the field
the RPMS Cycle Phase 3 which is the PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND EVALUATION on
July 17, 2023 at Danao Elementary School, MacArthur II District, MacArthur, Leyte.

2. It expected that all teachers of Danao Elementary School shall attend the said schedule.

3. Anent thereto, all teachers of Danao Elementary School must bring their own laptop and
other ICT paraphernalia so that they can work-on and accomplished the outputs required
for the said workshop.

4. Expensed incurred in this activity shall be charged to school MOOE subject to the usual
COA and auditing rules and procedure.

5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
