I. General Program Information:

Program Title :
CONDUCT OF IN-SERVICE TRAINING (INSET-on SIP/AIP Adjustment,
Teachers’ IPCR, DO No. 31 s. 2020 and Understanding the RPMS SY 2020-2021
in the time of COVID-19, Understanding the Role of PPST in RPMS, Clarifying the
RPMS Cycle with adjusted timeline for SY 2020-2021, Reviewing the PPST-
based RPMS and Associated Tools and Support Materials for Teacher, Video
Editing Techniques in Producing Quality Video lesson, Interactive Instructional
Materials, Effective delivery of Synchronous/ Asynchronous Teaching, The critical
Role of assessment in On line Learning and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Program Description: The topics of the In-Service Training aims to:


Address the learning gaps and to give additional pedagogical time to teachers for
the different learning modalities
Review implementation (AIR) of SLCP Quarter 1 (Assess); Harmonize SLCP
Recall important details of the RPMS, PPST and Teachers IPCR
Reinforce the knowledge and understanding of field personnel, and further
capacitate School Heads in rating the teachers and Teachers to know how they
are rated in this new normal education;
Capacitate teachers in the application for the administration, documentation,
tracking, reporting, automation and delivery of educational courses, training
programs, or learning and development programs through video editing, many
chat, google classroom, google meet, google drive, google forms.
Furthermore, to cater the uprising needs of the learners in this new normal,
upgrade ways in assessing pupils, give appropriate assistance, and to relieve
stress and be motivated professionally.
Prerequisite Programs: None
Duration: Virtual training for 5 days
Two days – December 14-15,2020 (School-based)
Three days - December 16-18, 2020 (National-based)
Management Level of Program School-based and National-Based

Delivery Mode: Virtual: There will be 5 full days for the virtual training program for the participants
of the school under Talibon II District .
Two days will be School -based virtual training and the rest of 3 days will be
National -based virtual training.
Target Personnel: 24 Elementary School Teachers
1 Administrator
Total = 25 participants

II. Program Content Focus
Rationale:
The main subject of the training to refresh teachers and School Heads on RPMS, PPST & Teachers’ IPCR further
capacitate School Heads in rating the teachers and Teachers to know how they are rated in this new normal education;
capacitate them in rating the teachers in this new normal education, capacitate teachers in the application for the
administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, automation and delivery of educational courses, training programs, or
learning and development programs through video editing, manychats google classroom, google meet, google drive,
google forms
Furthermore, to cater the uprising needs of the learners on this new learning delivery modality, upgrade ways in
assessing pupils, give appropriate assistance and appropriate interventions in learning and be motivated professionally as
teachers in this new normal. Along with these will be capacitating the participants on the following:
Objectives:
This orientation-workshop aims to;
1. Review implementation of SLCP Quarter 1 (Assess);
2. Recall important details of the RPMS, PPST & Teachers IPCR and reinforce the knowledge and understanding of field
personnel, and further capacitate School Heads in rating the teachers and Teachers to know how they are rated in this new
normal education;
3. Equip and upgrade the participants with the ways in the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, automation
and delivery of educational courses like video editing and educational apps, training programs, or learning and
development programs
4. Give fair assessment of performance through rubrics.
5. Plan and create ways in the arising issues in this new learning modality.
6. Display positive disposition and open-mindedness in doing the tasks.
