BIOGRAPHICAL DATA

Ella Jane S. Reboquio, was born on December 1, 1998 in Las Piñas

City. She is the only girl in the family and third among four children of Juan A,

Reboquio and Darianita Solamo.

She finished her primary education at T.S Cruz Elementary School

Almanza Dos Las Piñas City in the year 2010 and her secondary at T.S Cruz

High school Almanza Dos Las Piñas City in the year 2014.

Currently, she is Forth Year College at Cavite State University- Bacoor

City Campus under the program of Bachelor of Science in Business

Management major Marketing Management in expect to finish her study in

the year 2020.

PRACTICUM EXPERIENCE AT THE HYUNDAI LAS PIÑAS

A narrative report submitted to the faculty of the Department of


Management Studies, Cavite State University Bacoor City, Cavite.In
partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of the Bachelor of
Science in Business Management major in Marketing Management.
Prepared under the supervision of Ms. Menvyluz S. Macalalad.

INTRODUCTION

OJT is very essential not because it will teach the students regarding to their

chosen career but also to manifest the reality about working in real world. The

students will be exposed to the actual work related to the course that they are

taking. This kind of training will help the student trainee to learn more about

her chosen field, it will also helps to enhance what she was learned from the

school. To those students who never experience working in the field it is the

time to practice and learn about the different human behavior in just span of

time. Because of this the trainee will be able to know how to adjust and what

kind of personalities she will be facing sooner or later. This training designed

to give the students an opportunity to experience and chance to apply the

lessons that they have learned from the school or in the field. The massive

contribute of this training is to develops the trainee professionalism in dealing

with different kind of people. This kind of platform can be a source of

recommendation in the future.
