Based on the narrative, my opinion is

that schizophrenia is a tough

condition to diagnose and treat; it
takes a long time of medicine and
patience to cure the sickness. Having
this type of sickness may wreck your
entire life, including your hopes and
relationships. Being schizophrenia
may have an impact on one's conduct
and relationships in real life...
Thinking of this type of circumstance
is really difficult to heal.
