STATION IN BACOOR CITY”

Significance of the study:

Crude oil prices fell earlier this week as in the wake of potential demand destruction in Asia and positive
signs of Iran nuclear deal as well as Russia-Ukraine peace talk. In this crucial part the supply will fell
apart also because of Japan earthquake a week ago. Today's oil is in high demand among the general
public as a result of numerous price increases in crude oil as a result of the conflict between Ukraine and
Russia. A number of countries are affected as a result of this, and a number of countries are
experiencing a shortage of crude oil in their countries. Many of vehicle users are switching to other
brand of crude oil where they can save more money instead of staying in their usual brand that they
using. This research study represents the correlational of brand loyalty and customer satisfaction of a
customer in their selected brand of gas station. Thus, the following people are expected to benefit from
this study:

Gas station Company this study will help their firm learn a lot more about their customers and how they
would behave in this sort of circumstance, which may help them get more customers who are loyal to
their brand.

Customer the immediate receiver of the study's findings The information from the output data may be
used to make a conclusion about their brand loyalty in one gas station. It enables people to make an
informed decision about which gas station to use in order to be satisfied with the brand that they select.

Future Researcher all the information that was in this research study has put an effort to have a proper
and valid process. The result can be used by the future researchers as reference for their upcoming topic
related research topic or same idea, concept and subjects that would test the validity of their findings.

modern company for two reasons. First and foremost, clients are limited resources; it is significantly
simpler to get from them. An old customer rather than a new one Second, customer loyalty and
satisfaction have a beneficial influence on the company's profitability and revenues (Rosenberg, 2017).
The most significant elements to achieving and exceeding customer satisfaction are special features,
functionality, dependability, sales promotions, and customer satisfaction. However, the product and its
features, functionalities, dependability, sales activity, and customer service are the most significant
concerns that must be addressed in order to reach or surpass customer satisfaction. Customers who are
pleased with a product or service are more likely to return and purchase more. Aside from purchasing
more, they also act as a network to reach out to other potential consumers by sharing their experiences
(Hague & Hague 2016.)
