Subject : FIRST QUARTER PORTFOLIO DAY

Time/Date : 8:00-12:00 PM, November 18, 2022

1. Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 358, s. 2022. This office shall inform to
conduct the First Quarter Portfolio Day on Friday, November 18, 2022, with the
following suggested activities:

a. Parent-Teacher-Adviser Conference and Feedback-Giving;

b. Showcase of Learners’ Output and performances; and
c. Recognition Program and State of the School Address; and
d. Distribution of Learners’ Progress Report Cards

2. Relative to DepEd Order No. 34, s. 2022, School Calendar and Activities for School
Year 2022-2023 and pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 913 s. 2022, entitled
Schedule of Quarterly Portfolio Day for School Year 2021-2022, this office sets the
schedule of the Quarterly Portfolio Day, two weeks after the end of the academic
quarter, as follows:

1st Grading-November 18, 2022;

2nd Grading-February 24, 2023;
 3rd Grading- May 12, 2023; and
4th Grading-July 10-14, 2023

3. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are desired.
