and Activities for the School Year 2023-2024 and pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 1047, S.
2023 entitled Conduct of the Quarterly Portfolio Day. The Portfolio shall highlight the learning
assessment outputs/ activities, including contructive discussions among stakeholder on how to
improve the learners’s performance.
