1. Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 392, s. 2023. This office shall inform to
conduct the Third Quarter Portfolio Day on Saturday, April 13, 2024, with the
following suggested activities:

a. Parent-Teacher-Adviser Conference and Feedback-Giving;

b. Showcase of Learners’ Outputs and performances;
c. Recognition Program and State of the School Address; and
d. Distribution of Learners’ Progress Report Cards

2. Relative to DepEd Order No. 003, s. 2024, Amendment to Deped Order No. 022,
2023 School Calendar and Activities for School Year 2023-2024 and pursuant to
Regional Memorandum No. 1047 s. 2023, entitled Schedule of Quarterly Portfolio
Day for School Year 2023-2024, this office sets the schedule of the Quarterly
Portfolio Day, two weeks after the end of the academic quarter, as follows:

1st Quarter-November 11, 2023;

2nd Quarter-February 17, 2024;
3rd Quarter- April 13, 2024; and
4th Quarter-May 30, 2024
