Proceedings:

1. The meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m. by Grade 12- Quezon adviser,
Mr. Paulo Morales.
2. The following is the agreed new set of Homeroom PTA Officers for school
year 2023-2024:

3. Mr. Morales emphasized the following school’s rules and regulations:

 Students’ behavior, tardiness, and absences will be recorded by the

adviser and subject teachers to serve as basis for monitoring and
intervention of low-performing students and students-at-risk-of-
dropping out (SARDOs)
 Using school-developed excuse letters and pass slips must be utilized
by students and parents to accurately monitor students’ absences and
official exits in school.

4. The class adviser informed the parents regarding the performance of the
students. The grading system was also presented wherein the parents were
informed on how their children will be graded-Written Works, Performance
Task and Quarterly Examination. It was also emphasized the importance of

the Portfolio of the students wherein all the outputs, and requirements will be
inserted in their portfolio.
