Narrative Report

The First Quarter Card Giving was a great avenue to discuss the achievement and progress of my Grade 12
HUMSS students. The card giving started at 7:30 PM. Parents signed the attendance and patiently sat in the classroom. I
also discussed the Child Protection Policy of the school so that each parent is guided to school policy and guidelines at
BVANHS.
Parents were given a communication letter regarding the conduct of Card Day. I also made an announcement in
our group chat concerning the distribution of learner’s report cards and certificates. This morning, there were 28 parents
out of 44 who got the report cards of their children.
There was also a short meeting where several things were discussed:
1. Academic standing of the learner
2. Learner's enrollment attachment
3. Other things that the parents asked about. Questions were answered, and everything went well.
Shortly after the distribution of report cards, the giving of academic awards and perfect attendance were also
given.
This 1st Quarter’s Card day was a great success and has effectively served its purpose.
