    Parent’s Meeting
    S.Y. 2022-2023
    2nd QUARTER
    The meeting started at 9:00 am at Grade-2 Halley Room. The meeting was facilitated by Mam Joy
    R. Cariaga, teacher adviser. Before the meeting started, parents were asked to write their names on the
    attendance sheets.
    The agenda are as follows;
     Remediation/Intervention for learners with reading ang numerical difficulties
     Enrichment Session
     Set-Up for those who did not reach the mastery level per quarter
     Temporary Card only for 1st Quarter
     Christmas Party Agenda
     Tentative Date for pupils’ Christmas Party
     Food set-up
     Gifts
     Games
    Ma’am Cariaga gave parents’ consent whose kids were candidates for remediation. The procedures
    were explained and elaborated. Agreements were made after the giving of consent. Follow-ups will be
    made thru different platform of communication. The meeting adjourned at 10:30 am.

    The agenda are as follows;
     Follow-up info for Remediation/Intervention for learners with reading ang numerical difficulties
     Enrichment Session
     Set-Up for those who did not reach the mastery level per quarter
     Grade Showing
     Giving of quarterly awards for perfect attendance

    Ma’am Cariaga informed the parents of pupils who are still in the remedial session. Encouragement
    on the part of the parents were emphasized. Certificate of Recognition were given to those pupils
    who has a perfect attendance . Certificate of Appreciation were also given to parents who actively
    participated in different school activities. Meeting adjourned at 12:00 noon.
