Activity Proper HOMEROOM PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCIATION
MEETING
The face-to-face HRPTA meeting of 8-Limitless
was held in September 21, 2022 at exactly
12:10pm at building 5 room 5. The parents
decided to attend the meeting despite of their
work and other scheduled events. Only 28 parents
of out 46 or 60.87% were able to join the meeting
because most of them did not able to file their
personal leave at work.
The adviser formally started the meeting with
greetings, followed by a prayer, the teacher
provided an attendance sheet to be fill up by the

After that the adviser presented the agenda of
the meeting, the first agenda is the concern of the
teacher to the students wherein she highlighted
Meeting Proper the attendance, performance, attitude,
(Continuation) uniform/ID, health concern, vaccination, gate
pass, early dismissal, students’ form 137 and
NSO/PSA. The next agenda is the classroom
donations, the teacher asked the parents to
observe the classroom. The parents noticed that
the room have only 2 electric fans, they discussed
with the other parents about the donation and
come up with an idea that they will contribute
100.00-200.00 to the treasurer to buy an extra
electric fan. The third agenda is HRPTA Election,
here are the HRPTA Elected:
President: Jennifer Aguilar
Vice-President: Aila Tanglao
Secretary: Menzi G. Pineda
Treasurer: Abegael Pendon
Auditor: Pamela Reynolds
Lastly the teacher also informed the HRPTA
president about the MPTA Election on September
23, 2022, 9:00am at audiovisual room.
The orientation ended at 1:10 p.m., and the
teacher expressed her gratitude to the parents
and students who attended.
