1. This office announces the conduct of Information Dissemination on Child


Protection Policy on August 19, 2022, at 8:30 in the morning, at the school
covered ground.

2. The activity aims to:

2.1 explain the duties and responsibilities of parents and school personnel in
protecting the rights of children
2.2 ensure that all participants are made aware of child protection policy

3. Participants in this activity are all teachers of Mag-asawang Sapa Elementary


School and parents/ guardians of Kinder to Grade 6 pupils.

4. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this memorandum is


desired.

The First Parent Orientation was a successful activity of the


school.

information to the parents and other entrants of the meeting.

NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE FIRST PARENTS


ORIENTATION ON CHILD PROTECTION POLICY

The meeting started at exactly 8:30 in the morning, August 19, 2022. All the teachers
and parents of Mag-asawangSapa Elementary School were present in the orientation. Mrs. Ma.
Victoria M. Sanchez a Grade five teacher led the program as she started from the singing of our
National Anthem followed by the Open our hearts and mind for the prayer given by Mrs. Ma.
Teresa D. Ansay. Remind everyone on the observance of health and safety protocols given by
our dear Kinder teacher Mrs. Wilma P. Rayo.

The competent Principal II of Mag-asawangSapa Elementary School as she gave her


welcome remarks, she explains the content of DO 34 s. 2022 and other matters concerning
Oplan Balik Eskwela, shared information on the school status and other important matters. the

The next assigned Resource speaker was Ms. Sarah Jane Verzo, the school Guidance
Coordinator of MSES, without much do she began her talk on the Child Protection Policy and
Homeroom Guidance Guidelines. She further explained that the Child Protection Policy are
intended to prevent and respond to abuse, neglect, exploitation, discrimination and violence.

One of the great School Brigada Coordinator Mrs. Leonila J. Aguilar called for the
closing remarks and thank the participations and encourage for “Brigadamayan”.

The whole Mag-asawang Sapa E/S staff thanked all the parents who actively
participated in the first Parents Orientation

The orientation started with the singing of our National Anthem led by Maam Luisa T. Lomboy
a grade 3 teacher followed by the prayer led by Maam. Ma. Teresa D. Ansay a grade 2 teacher.
Maam Wilma P. Rayo a kinder teacher Remind everyone on the observance of health and safety
protocols. Maam Sarah Jane Verzo a grade 1 teacher led in presiding the orientation. The
