THIRD PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE & GENERAL ASSEMBLY
Friday, May 26, 2023

A. OPENING
The adviser, Ms. Madel A. Brosula presided over the meeting. It commenced at
1:00 P.M. and adjourned at 2:00 P.M., Friday, May 26, 2023, at Grade 8-
Brosula room.

B. ATTENDANCE
Attendance. There are __ parents present during the THIRD PARENT-TEACHER
CONFERENCE & GENERAL ASSEMBLY. See attached attendance.

C. AGENDA

a. ONE-ON-ONE REPORT ON STUDENTS’ BEHAVIOR & ACADEMIC

PERFORMANCE FOR THE 3rd QUARTER OF THE SCHOOL-YEAR

The adviser reported the behaviors of the learners and talked with their parents
during the PTA meeting in one-on-one basis since there is only few parents
attended the meeting. Ms. Madel informed these parents about the behaviors,
academic standing of the learner in all the subject areas. The adviser asked for
the assistance of the parents in carving the undesirable behavior that these
learners and to follow up on their performances in school to avoid failing
grades.

b. INTERVENTION PLAN FOR FAILING LEARNERS

The teacher informed the parents that there is an intervention program for
students with failing grades conducted at 4:00-4:30 in the afternoon. The
purpose of this intervention program is not only to give chance to the learners
to comply with the requirements prerequisite in the subject even more so, to
further enhance the skills that are needed to proceed to the next lesson.

c. REPORT CARD DISTRIBUTION AND AWARDING OF CERTIFICATES TO

HONOR STUDENTS
The adviser distributed the temporary report cards of the learners to their
respective parents. The honor students were also awarded a certificate. The top
ten of the class were announced, however, only the with honors or students
which average ranges from 90 and above were given a certificate.

D. ADJOURNMENT
Ms. Brosula, the Adviser without any other concerns from the parents
adjourned the meeting at 2:00 in the Afternoon.
