Proceedings:

The meeting was started at 8:00 AM by the Grade 9 – Adviser Mr. Joshua C. Ciano. It was
started by a prayer by Mr. Rino Pabia.

The adviser Mr. Joshua C. Ciano started to discuss the agenda one at a time, it started with the
following:
1. class schedule in blended learning set up and for incoming full face to face implementation.
2. The students must be in school before 12:00 noon. Mr. Fuentes suggest that if the students absent
3 consecutive days, the adviser must provide a notice for the parents so that they are aware about
the status of their children’s.
3. Students must be in proper dress code when they are inside the school specially in the classrooms,
they can wear White T-Shirts and Pants. The students’ specially boys must observe proper
haircut.
4. The following parents was elected as the HRPTA officer of Grade 9 – Pearl SY: 2022 – 2023

5. The Adviser together with the parents decided that the HRPTA project is 2 stand fan and the
remaining fund is to be purchase like standard extension wire.
6. The parents agreed for the monthly floor wax contribution for the cleanliness of the classroom.
7. The adviser discussed the house rules to the parents so that they must be aware of the rules and
regulations that the advisers and the students’ implemented.

Proceedings:

The meeting was started at 1:00 PM by the Grade 9 – Adviser Mr. Joshua C. Ciano. It was started
by a prayer by Mr. Rino Pabia.

The adviser Mr. Joshua C. Ciano started to discuss the agenda one at a time, it started with the
following:
1. Class schedule on Face-to-Face Implementation.
2. The adviser was discussed the Id’s Fee collection and balance amounting to P162.00 and used
that amount to buy an extension wire.
3. The adviser discussed the accomplishment of Grade 9 – Pearl for the whole quarter.
 Rank 7 out of 18 classrooms for best WINS implementer.
 Rank 5 out of 18 sections for no. of participants of Mr. and Ms. United Nation.
 9 – Pearl is one of the most improving classrooms and always acknowledge of the
consistency of the cleanliness of their territorial assignment.
4. The HRPTA Treasurer Mr. Rino Pabia discussed the financial report, the amount collected from
the PTA Fee amounting to P900.00 was used for the beautification of the classrooms and comfort
room. There are P203.00 balance from the collection.
5. The grading system of Face-to-Face mode of learning is different from the modular or blended
learning set up, so it is important for the parent to know how the teachers grade their children.
The adviser discussed the grading system.
6. The teacher was discussed the criteria for the with honor, with high honor and with highest honor.
In 9 – Pearl there are 2 students awarded as with honor: 1 st Naval, Ma. Restina V. and Mayuyo,
Rhobert O. both of them got the average of 90% and above. And the adviser also award those
students having complete attendance from August 22, 2022 until October 29, 2022.

7. The teacher raised also the standing of their children about their behavior specially their grades
from their subject teachers.
8. Last, the adviser was reminding the parents about the collection of annual dues and academic fee
amounting to 50.00 each. And that time the HRPTA Officer collected an amount of 500.00. the
adviser also discusses the monthly floor wax collection.

The meeting was closed and ended with a prayer by the adviser.
