MINUTES OF MEETING
HRPTA MEETING

II. PROCEEDINGS
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by the Grade-4 Section 7 class adviser, Ms. Mary Rose S.
Calamayan. It was started by a prayer led by Mr. Michael Punzalan and was followed by announcing the
meeting’s agenda.
Ms. Calamayan reiterated the following policies:
1. Class time is 6:00 am and class ends at 12:00 noon. Arrived 10 minutes before class
started.
2. If there is no uniform yet, just wear a plain white t-shirt and pants or jogging pants,
both male and female.
3. Wear a name tag with full name, grade and section, contact number and parent's
name.
4. Students cannot always go out at whatever time they want. There is a set time for
eating and urinating.
5. Sending and fetching of students is only up to the school gate. You can only go inside
the school to pick up the students during inclement weather or if there is an
emergency situation.
6. Talking to the teacher is not just going to school. The parent must be able to present
an appointment slip to enter the school and talk to the teacher at the end of the class
and not during the current class to avoid class disruption.
7. Wear appropriate clothing when entering the school.
8. Have the students memorize the Ang batas ng SQES and Ang Batang SQES.  
After the reiteration of the school policies, Ms. Calamayan presided over the election of Homeroom
PTA Officers. Below are the elected Homeroom PTA Officers for school year 2022–2023:

Following the election of Homeroom Officers, the meeting moved on to homeroom project suggestions
for the school year 2022–2023. All of the parents agreed that the project should be to buy a television for the
students to use. The agreed-upon contribution for the television project is 200.00 per student. In order to
accomplish this, the body determined that the deadline for the project's payment is October 30, 2022.
The meeting was then adjourned and ended at 12:00 n.n.
