Notice of Teaching Assignment:

Ma’am Clemencia Calubayan, the department head, is unable to present the Notice of Teaching
Assignment due to ongoing changes. She is finalizing some teaching loads. She assured that she will provide
the NOTA once it's complete and signed by the principal. already.

Ma’am Calubayan presented the teaching loads of each TLE teacher. She explained changes due to
extended teaching schedules of 2 hours for grade 9 and 10, compared to the 1-hour schedule last year.
Classes without assigned teacher will be distributed among available teachers during the specific times.
Teachers handling these classes will receive service credits upon submission of DTR or daily time records.
They will continue until the election ban is lifted and transfer teacher arrive.

Ma’am Calubayan requested attendees to indicate their chosen official time schedule for the school
year on the attendance sheet.

Leave Form:
If taking a leave, complete Form 6 and the reliever form before the leave date.

First Day of Classes:

On the first day of classes, there will be orientation by subject, pre-test, classroom program, and
guidance-designate orientation (school policies). Subject teachers should accommodate guidance
orientation if scheduled during their class.

Daily Lesson Plan:

– Weekly Submission (Every Monday)
Teachers with 2-hour classes should create lesson plans under the actual day for 2 hours. Ma’am
Calubayan clarified this process.

MPS and MDAT:

MPS (Mean per Score) will be consolidated by grade level assigned teacher (MT-Consolidation and
Checking, Mrs. Digna P. Azada). The pretest should have 60 items, including MDAT questions.

TLE Subject Improvement:

Mrs. Calubayan emphasized the need to raise the MPS of TLE subjects as they had the lowest scores
last year among the 8 subjects. Sir Alfuerte suggested planning the periodical examination schedule well to
prevent confusion among students and parents. Ma’am Calubayan acknowledged the suggestion and
advised reporting such concerns to respective chief advisers.

COs/SY – Quarterly:

COs (Classroom Observations) for this school year will be quarterly. September, October/November,
January/February, March/April, and May will be scheduled.

New TLE Teachers:

Ms. Katherine G. Siaga, a transferred teacher, was welcomed. Another teacher is expected after the
Election ban from San Francisco Quezon.

PPAs – Project TSI, Project Click, Project Faith etc.:

Ma’am Calubayan asked Ma’am Faith if Ma’am Merca can join the Project Click for Grade 8
since she is handling CSS Grade 8. She also encouraged everyone to submit projects if they have one.

LAC Plan – 8x Facilitator, Leader, speaker w/ GAD integration for budget allocation:

Out-of-town GAD activities will be replaced with GAD-integrated school seminars. LAC sessions will
be grouped by draw lots. Mrs. Azada facilitated the draw lots, and three groups were created.
Group 1: IBM, VPV, RSC, MMN and GAM.
Group 2: RRR, MEC, LRV, GVA and ARC.
Group 3: DPA, MMC, KGS, FCD and PVL.

Action Research:

Action research should be intensify. Ma’am Azada is working on an action research on hydroponics
using FPJ Extract as Solution Medium.

These are part of teaching loads. The new laboratory canteen will be managed by Mrs. Siaga. Lab
canteen will focus on cookery products, with students responsible for planning and duties.
Financial Report (for Canteen):

Utilization of school canteen net income was explained, along with the corresponding
percentages for various purposes. Allocation percentages for laboratory canteen income will be
verified based on existing records from other schools.
