‘Anak, Kumusta Ang Pag-aaral?’ (AKAP) the home visitation program of schools Division
Office of Rizal, Mamuyao Elementary School takes part in the implementation of this
program in line with the BRB4 program to monitor the academic status of our dear learners.
This program aims to strengthen and institutionalize the home visitation program for
learners to keep them connected and/or reconnected to schooling. This program also
learning process.
Started last February 2021, our school, Mamuyao Elementary School actively
participated on the AKAP program of the Division of Rizal which is truly conducive for the
monitoring of the learners progress. The teachers of Mamuyao Elementary School arrange a
schedule for the home visitation program following the protocols from the said
memorandum. This is to ensure the safety of everyone who are involve in a home visitation.

the learning modality we are into. With that, we come up with a plan or a solution to these
challenges. AKAP also makes room for the remediation to be done, from this sessions the

As we conducted a home visitation, safety always comes first and with that the
teachers make sure that we are following the protocols by wearing a facemask and
sanitizing our hands before and after our visit. These practices made our objective a success
In the process of implementing the AKAP project, the teachers encountered some
difficulties – hindrances perhaps that may test one’s dedication in the profession. The long
travel, the hazardous road we’re taking and a bad weather condition are some of these
hindrances but to those with a strong perseverance and a dedicated soul for the profession
these challenges turns into something motivational that keep our mind focus to fulfill our
goal and that is to give the best educational support we could provide for the learners
