Proceedings:
Held via Google meet, the session started at around 7 o’clock in the evening with all the ABM
faculty members present. Mrs. Leilanie D. Anonuevo, the Subject Group Head, brought up all the
items for discussion.
Advisers must also provide the subject teachers with the access to the class directory
containing all the pertinent personal details and contact information of each learner. This will be
helpful in monitoring them once classes start. Likewise, it will serve as an important tool in doing
follow up communication with the students who may lag behind.
Advisers should take the necessary preparation for the distribution of the printed modules to
the parents or guardians. They should be able to provide them with a clear set of instructions for
the smooth flow of the distribution of materials. Also, they should remind them of the health
protocols to be followed such as wearing of face masks and social distancing.
The parents or guardians who will come should bring with them an envelope or bag for the
modules. The outputs for the modules should also be placed in the same envelopes and should
be returned to the respective advisers on the scheduled day and time.
For the students who preferred the e-modules, teachers should send them the copy through
available portals such as Messenger and email. Their e-outputs may also be returned in the
similar way.
Teachers should be cognizant of the fact that there are more alternative ways to be used for
the teaching and learning. The first two weeks of using the printed modules and e-modules would
allow everyone to assess the effectiveness of the learning modality. They are strongly
encouraged to innovate strategies on how provide learning by taking into consideration the
learners’ capability, capacity and access to the innovative mode of learning.
Mrs. Anonuevo ended the session by reading a quote from Anthony Robbins, “There is a
powerful driving force inside every human being that, once unleashed, can make any vision,
dream, or desire a reality.”
