I. Introduction
Catch-Up Friday represents an innovative educational initiative by the Department of Education, aimed at enriching students’ learning
experiences. Santa Rosa ES is actively participating in this initiative, demonstrating a commitment to holistic development. Every Friday is designated
as Catch-Up Fridays at the school Drop Everything and Read (DEAR) activities and orientations.

In line with DM. No. 1, s.2024, this program is designed to instill a love for reading, promote values education, and address various aspects of
students’ well-being. Through carefully crafted class programs, engaging activities, and a dedicated focus on essential subjects, CUF strive to provide
students with a comprehensive educational experience that extends beyond traditional classroom learning. The school’s dedication to this initiative
reflects its commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals.
