1. Preliminaries The meeting started with the singing of Makabayan song through video
presentation and an opening prayer led by Mam Rubirosa D. Parungo, the EsP Leader.
The Faculty President, Mam Millicent S. Kabiling gave her pleasantly welcome to the
parents.
2. Roll Call Ma’am Marie Jaluage, the teacher incharge, checked the attendance of the teacher and

Vision Sharing
Sta Cruz High Integrated School is a people organization that envisions itself
institution which produces well-rounded and holistic individuals who are not only
intellectually prepared and globally competitive but also responsible and god-fearing citizens
of their own communities. This dream becomes our guide that connects us to the vision,
mission, and objectives of the Department of Education (DepEd) in governing basic
education and in setting the general directions of our school in implementing various
programs, projects, and activities in developing 21st century learners.
Mission Sharing
Developing 21st century learners in our school is not the sole task of any individu
strong and collaborative efforts of all education stakeholders. Our mission is shared
responsibility by all the stakeholders in developing lifelong learners. Because this end goal in
mind, it is important that all our stakeholders should know the curriculum situation of the
school and establish common dreams for our learners.
The school together with all the members of the School Planning Team (SPT) c
round table discussion and clearly defined the roles and responsibilities the team members.
As a member of the SPT, it is necessary that each one understand his/her roles and
responsibilities in aiming to achieve the goals and objectives o school. Regarding this, the
school head, together with the teachers, par representatives of the Local Government Units,
community leaders, students, and c sat down to talk about the most pressing needs and the
priority improvement areas (of the school. All these stakeholders convened to lay down plans
in the SIP of the s for three consecutive years which aims to improve the three key result
areas in edu that includes access, quality and governance. The formulation of the ESIP is also
by the principles of being evidenced-based, results-based, and learner-centered.
In achieving the vision and in performing our mission in school, we are also ro
core values being embraced by the Department of Education (DepEd). All our school
activities are well planned and properly implemented and monitored because acknowledge
that students can only be developed holistically when they are shaped with our core values of
being Maka-Diyos, Maka-tao, Makakalikasan, and Makabansa.
