The undersigned is currently working on a research study entitled “Student Services
Satisfaction and Academic Performance of Senior High School Students” as a partial
fulfillment of requirements in Research Project.
In this connection, kindly evaluate each item of the research instrument and identify
whether the items are applicable/relevant or not applicable/irrelevant. This research instrument
will be used to gather data for our research study.
It seeks to answer the following questions:
1. What is the level of student services satisfaction of the College of Teacher Education
Senior High School students during the first semester of school year 2018 – 2019 in
terms of:

2. What is the academic performance of the College of Teacher Education Senior High
School students in terms of:
a. First Semester’s General Point Average (GPA)
3. Is there a significant relationship between the College of Teacher Education Senior High
School student services satisfaction level and their academic performance?
4. Is there a significant difference between the College of Teacher Education Senior High
School student services satisfaction level and their academic performance when data are
grouped according to:
a. Gender
b. Ethnicity
c. Socio – Economic Status (SES)

contribute to the validity of our research instrument and accurateness of our research.

Independent Variable
Student Services Satisfaction
- It is the extent of which a student’s desire and expectations about the student
services given by the school he/she attends to be fulfilled.
Dependent Variable
Academic Performance (A.P.)
- Describes how well the student performs in an educational setting, the report
cards is an indication of student’s performance and retained for school
records. Through this variable, the researchers can determine how student
services satisfaction level affect their academic performance in school by
looking at their first semester general point average (GPA).
