1. What is Recreation, leisure and play?

-The main aim of leisure, play and recreation is to render a refreshing and one of a kind
experience away from the busy routines of life. Though many people have leisure time, they do
not necessarily engage in recreational activities. To understand the dynamics of leisure, play, and
recreation, there is need to define variables.

2. What is your recreational activities and why do you find these activities interesting?

-The recreational activities that I do is running and biking. I find it interesting because I am
doing it with my friends and it helps to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise.
