Satisfaction of the Students on School Services

Dear Respondent
I am 2nd year student of Medina College enrolled in the Subject Nursing Statistic. As enrolled in
this subject, I will conduct a full blown study on my chosen topic. Satisfaction of Students on
School Services. The Objectives of this inquiry are: (1) To determine the level of Satisfaction of
the student in the school services in JH Cerilles State College (2) To study the significant
difference of the level of satisfaction of the students on the school services when taken as a
whole and when grouped according to sex, year level, and courses, and to (3) To identify the
recommendation of the students regarding school services.
This questionnaire will serve as reliable source in data gathering that will used in my research

3 There are fair and just disciplinary measures and interventions
implemented by the Student Officer Counsel.

4 The clinic staff are competent in giving quality assistance to ill

and injured students.
5 The admin staff are approachable and accommodating for
academic concerns.
 C. SAFETY AND SECURITY
1 The campus is safe and secure for all students.
2 The school has emergency exits or emergency procedures
readily available in case of unforeseen circumstances.
3 The security personnel of the school are trustworthy and
reliable
4 Visitors/outsiders write in logbooks and undergo inspection
before going in the school.
5 The school has effective security methods. (e.g. regular
rounds, implementation of no ID, no entry policy, etc.)
D. FACILITIES/EQUIPMENT
1 Classrooms provide a comfortable learning environment.
2 Science, robotics, and computer laboratories are adequately
equipped and accessible.
3 There is stable Wi-Fi connection and there are enough
computer units available for use in the library
4 The campus facilities are well-maintained. (e.g. clean comfort
rooms, laboratories, well-| functioning electric fans and air
condition. etc.)
5 Water supply is sufficient. (i.e. drinking water, tap water, etc.)
E. ACADEMIC PROGRAM
1 The course content of each department (BSN, BSED, BSIT,
BSHM, BSTM, BSNEntrep) completes the competencies set
by the CHED.
2 The academic program offered by the JHCSC is enough to
prepare the students for their respective career
3 The time allotted for the required subjects per courses is
sufficient to cover the lesson outline.
4 The class schedule provides ample time to complete school
works and other school-related requirements (e.g. vacant
periods and/or research period).
5 The learnings from school can be applied in a work
related environment connected to my course.
