MINUTES OF THE LAC SESSION

The LAC Team IAB conducted a LAC Session on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 2:00
pm at the Computer Room of Mr. Raymundo P. Calinog Jr.

1. INVOCATION
The LAC session started with a prayer led by Mr. Ronald Allan E. Alfon, Master
Teacher I, & Team IAB LAC Facilitator.

2. CALL TO ORDER
The LAC Facilitator, Mr. Ronald Allan E. Alfon called the LAC Session to order at
2:05 p.m. Mrs. Sandra R. Pardiñas was appointed as temporary LAC Secretary. LAC
Facilitator used the parliamentary procedure to allow orderly deliberation upon
questions of interest to the organization and thus to arrive at the sense or the will of
the majority.

3. ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF THE EXISTENCE OF A QUORUM

The roll call was dispensed with, and the temporary LAC Secretary referred to
the attendance sheet. Ten (10) teachers-participants/members were present,
constituting a Quorum.

4. PRESENTATION OF THE AGENDUM/AGENDA

The LAC Facilitator presented the following:
1. Election of LAC Officers and Forming of Committees
2. Drafting of Action Plan/Training Matrix
3. Others

The team did not have any objection to the list and nature of the agenda.

5. MEETING PROPER
A. Reading of the following:
 Functions/Roles of the Elected Asst. LAC
Facilitator, LAC Secretary, LAC Documenter in the Learning Action Cell
(LAC) Sessions
 Committees for LAC Session (LAC TEAM IAB) and Training Matrix

The team did not have any objection to the list and nature of the LAC Officers
Committees and its members.

D. Drafting of LAC Action Plan/Training Matrix

Reading of the copy of the proposed Training Matrix for Learning Action Cell
(LAC) by the LAC Secretary, Mrs. Sandra R. Pardiñas. The LAC Facilitator,
Mr. Ronald Allan E. Alfon discussed the Planning/Meeting, Implementation
for LAC Session Proper, Implementation for Demonstration Teaching and
Evaluation/Closing Program. The four (4) phases of Training Matrix were
approved by the team as distributed/presented/read.

The team resolved that May 22 and May 31, 2023 be the Time Frame
for Planning with the activities such as: LAC Plan Draft/Proposal; Conduct
of LAC Meeting to elect LAC Officers; Identifying existing problems, priorities,
needs, and assigning Demo Teachers.

In order to identify existing problems priorities and needs. Assistant LAC

Facilitator, Mrs. Socorro L. Niño suggested to submit Electronic Self-
Assessment Tool (eSAT) not later than Wednesday, May 24, 2023. The team
unanimously agreed on the said deadline.

LAC Facilitator and Assistant LAC Facilitator said that once they have
gathered all the needed data for consolidation they will identify suitable
topics for LAC Session and it will be posted in the group chat (GC) for
suggestions and approval of the team. The team unanimously agreed that
the LAC Proper will be on June 5, 2023. As a whole, the LAC Action
Plan/Training Matrix was unanimously approved by the team on the day of
the meeting (May 22, 2023).

E. Discussion on Other Matters

LAC Facilitator asked the LAC Secretary to distribute the Oath of Office as
LAC Officer and Oath of Office as LAC Committee Member for approval and
signing. After the distribution, the LAC Secretary read the contents of the
oath. The team had no objection to its contents. The LAC Secretary and
collected the copies of the oath for the signature of the School Principal and
record purposes.

Mr. Frank P. Mabana said that there was no additional suggestion for
discussion.

6. ADJOURNMENT
Without any further concerns to be discussed, the LAC session was adjourned
at exactly 3:34 in the afternoon. The next LAC Session will be on Wednesday, May 31,
2023. The time is to be announced in Group Chat (GC).
