Meeting Proceedings:

1. Checking Attendees
o All the staff are present in the meeting.
2. First Quarter Recognition
o Mr. Melchor J. Rufo announced by tomorrow there will be a SPTA
meeting at exactly 1’oclock in the afternoon.
o After the meeting, First Quarter Recognition was held.
o Student report card was released afterwards.

3. Learners Attitude
o Mr. Melchor J. Rufo noticed the student’s behavior. He reminds the
teachers to address the student behavior in the classroom.
o He also said that teachers should provide activity for students to
avoid noisy and disturbance in the class.
o No break time or recess in the afternoon.

4. Attendance of Teachers
o Mr. Melchor J. Rufo advised teachers to limit absences.
5. Activities for the Month of December
o Christmas Raffle
 o Merry Making (Christmas Party) on December 15, 2023

6. Crafting of SIP
o Mr. Melchor J. Rufo discussed the School Improvement Plan or SIP.
The aim of School Improvement Plan (SIP) is to assess its need and
outline program to resolve all the issues uncovered.
o He discussed the SIP content, including the DepEd Mission and
Vision, Core Values, School current situation and
