MINUTES OF THE FIRST LAC SESSION on Module 2: Learning Delivery Modalities

The LAC Session 8 for Module 4 was facilitated by LAC leader/facilitator Mr.
Henden L. Guarte-PSDS last July 28,2020 at 3:00 PM. Present for the session were other
LAC leaders; Mrs. Salvacion J. Senayo - EPS Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao, Dr. Emily D.
Claro-PSDS, Mr. Lepoldo Fernandez - EPS in Araling Panlipunan, Dr. Jen Ann Y. Villa- Eps
Kindergarten. There were 10 members, school heads, who participated in the LAC session.
The mode of delivery was via Zoom conference.

LAC SESSION Proper:

The facilitator started with the preliminaries; checking of attendance, review of the
previous LAC session and follow up of the reporters of the day.

School Heads were called to present their Implementation Plan. Maam Maricor who
was assigned to present was absent. Maam Emily Claro asked for volunteer to present their
Implementation Plan. Maam Love and Sir Edwin volunteered to present.

Sir JB Quinto was asked to discuss part 2. He commented that this part should be
done during the INSET since it has something to do on IPCRF. Maam Sally reminded that
RPMS tool was already done along with Individual Development Plan. She also reiterated
that school –based intervention, Monitoring of Teachers, and the assessment of PDP should
be decided by the School Heads.

The facilitator reminded that the activities are only examples and could be revised.
Regarding the activities reflected in the implementation plan Maam Sally advised to
focus on school concern only. Example, the Distribution of Modules in which the school
should make sure that all learners will receive modules in all subject areas.

Session 2 was facilitated by Mr. Fernandez, in which he asked for the deadline of
output: Implementation Plan as part of Module 4 MOVs. The group decided to have it done
on ________(Thursday).

ASSIGNMENT FOR NEXT SESSION

Module 5: Technical Assistance and Coaching. Emily D. Claro was assigned as

facilitator. Maam Sally, as the coach, decided to tackle the first lesson because the second
lesson was about supervision. LAC session for module 5 will be held on
______________(Wed.) at 3:00 pm.

PREPARATION:

LAC members were asked to download Resource Materials of Module 5: Technical

Assistance and Coaching.

Mrs. Minda Dacaldacal was assigned as documenter and advised to seek technical
assistance if she needs one.
