SCHOOL-BASED LEARNING ACTION CELL (LAC) OF MATAB-ANG


NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL SY 2018-2019

The teaching staff of Matab-ang National High School together with the School Head,
Mr. Archie D. Capacite, organized an interactive SLAC Sessions and Seminar-Workshop regarding
on use of teacher and learner feedback to enrich teaching practice.
The first part of the activity is an overview of the LAC Session and use of ICT in
Preparing Instructional Material and Resources that are being facilitated by Mr. Archie Capacite and
Mr. Edzel Cabatuan and being documented by Ms. Monamae Rosalita. The objective of these part is
to acquire understanding on the objective and purpose of conducting LAC session and enhance
knowledge in using ICT in preparing instructional materials.
The second topic is making of action research that enhance the teachers’ knowledge
and skills in making action research that is being facilitated by Ms. Emelia B. Obaner and document-
ted by Mrs. Jamirose A. Marquita.
The third topic is classroom management that acquires teachers to produce plan on
effective classroom management based on the abilities of the learners that is being facilitated by Mrs.
Jamirose Marquita and documented by Ms. Emelia Obaner.
The fourth part is DLP Preparation that is being facilitated by Mr. Alberto N. Malajos and
documented by Mr. John Rulf L. Omayan that enhance knowledge and improves teachers’ abilities on
DLP preparation.
The fifth part is preparation of Table of Specification (TOS) that is being facilitated by
Mrs. Jeline Selma and documented by Mrs. Ma. Katrina S. Macapaz.
Next is the test construction that aims to improve teachers’ knowledge on test
construction that is being facilitated by Mr. Alberto Malajos and documented by Mrs. Ma. Katrina
Macapaz.
Lastly is the technique & strategies in teaching that enhance teachers’ knowledge on
strategies and techniques in teaching that is being facilitated by Mrs. Ma. Katrina Macapaz and
documented by Alberto Malajos.
