TESTS OF K TO 12 ARALING PANLIPUNAN GRADES 1 TO 3 AND ORIENTATION – WORKSHOP
ON TEST CONSTRUCTION, ESTABLISHMENT OF TEST BANK AND K TO 12 ASSESSMENT
To: All Teachers
1. In line with the District Seminar Workshop on the Contents, Strategies and Preparation
of Summative Test of K to 12 Araling Panlipunan Grades 1 to 3 (Dist. Memo. No. 8, s.
2017) and the Division Orientation-Workshop on Test Construction, Establishment of
Test bank and K to 12 Assessment (Div. Memo. No. 091, s. 2017), this school will
conduct the cascading of the said trainings on July 28 at 3;30 to 5:00 pm.
2. The training aims to:

a. equip the participants with the skills on the establishment of item bank based on the
standards set by DepEd,
b. provide teachers with concrete understanding of K to 12 classroom assessment and
the utilization in Araling Panlipunan Grades 1 to 3
c. develop summative test such as written works and performance tests following the
guidelines in classroom assessment
d. update the teachers with latest trend on test construction.
3. Participants to this training are all teachers. They are requested to bring copies of AP
LMs, TGs, laptop, pupils’ answer sheets for the SY 2017-2018 Diagnostic Test.
4. Enclosure no. 1 contains the training matrix and working committee.
5. Immediate dissemination of the memorandum is desired.
