VIII.Narrative :
This 3rd Quarter School Monitoring Evaluation Adjustment, the school must
continuously improve to meet the divergent and changing demands of learners, teachers,
and stakeholders. In order to face up to these challenges, timely and correct information
must be on hand to enable the school to make the right and relevant decisions that will
facilitate appropriate managerial actions. Hence, the School Monitoring, Evaluation and
Adjustment. The SMEA offers the school head, teachers, learners and stakeholders with
information and insights that will allow them to examine and analyze their efficiency and
effectiveness.

It was spearheaded by our dynamic SMEA Coordinator Evalyn A. Fernandez, Ipil Central
School conducted the 3rd Quarter SMEA conference last August 24, 2023 at exactly 2:00 in the
afternoon . The program started with an opening prayer and followed by the singing of Nationalistic
song through multimedia. Afterwhich, Mrs. Elena N. Talaboc , a grade 5 adviser was called to have a
welcome address.

The principal Mrs. Derle P. Romo, JD, formally presented the main agenda of the
conference which was about SMEA. She then presented the issues and concerns of the school, the

corrective and preventive measures of the issues and the time frame. She also presented the status
School’s Enrolment . She explained everything about the following data specify what transpired
during the review proper with the corresponding possible solutions and recommendations of the
stakeholders to the issues, concerns, gaps and problems reflected in the presentation.

Enjoined by the supportive PTA Officers, stakeholders, teachers and parents the
conference was a success and productive one.
