I. RATIONALE
The Department of Education has mandated to conduct Portfolio day for the third quarter,
as stated in the Division Memorandum Number __, s. 2021.
Portfolio has always been a quarterly activity with the intent of informing or giving
updates to parents on the performance of their children. And so, the school had conducted this
event, inviting parents or guardians to be present and participate to be informed about the
performance and ratings of their children.

II. OBJECTIVES
1. To conduct Portfolio Day for the third quarter of school year 2020-2021.

1. Prayer
2. Opening Remarks done by the school head
3. Discussion Proper
4. Parent Teacher-Advisor Conference and Feedback Giving
5. Showcase of Learners’ Outputs and Performance
6. Distribution of Learner’s Progress Report /Cards
7. Closing

IV. RECOMMENDATION
All parents should attend Portfolio day despite of their works and busy schedule for them
to be updated on the status or performance of their children. Aside from the certificates, the
awardees may also be given with tokens/prizes which will serve as motivation for them and a
motivation to some other learners who wish to be awarded.
They should be recognized with the efforts they exerted in doing their academic tasks
despite of the pandemic we are facing today.
