*Parents learned that their
learners didn’t answer all the
required activities/exercises in
the modules, thus it affects their
performance.
*Not all outputs were showcased
because the teachers already
returned them after checking
and recording.
*The teachers informed the
parents that there are learners
who passed their outputs late.
*Not all parents attended the
portfolio day.
Parents were reminded to
always monitor and facilitate
their child. They were informed
to check their child, for them to
be aware also on the real
performance of their learners.

*Parents agreed to check the answered modules
before submitting to the school to make sure that
everything is complete.
*Teachers informed the parents that we could not
return all the checked outputs of their children for
we were asked to display them during the Portfolio
day.
*Teachers encouraged the parents to guide their
children in doing their outputs.
*Parents who failed to attend the meeting were
sent letters to inform them to visit the school to
see the grades of their learners.
*Parents were encouraged to always attend the
quarterly meeting for them to know the status of
their learners.
* Teachers gave thanks to the time and effort of
the parents in facilitating our learners.
*Teachers gave thanks to the parents for the
endless support to our school.
