AGENDA:

1. Announcement of good news to the parents that DNHS won as the best Brigada Implementer in the
Division of Albay, and qualified as regional awardee.
2. Review/reminder of the IATF Protocols
3. Clean-up drive
4. Calendar of activities (Schedule and distribution of modules reminder to parents)
5. School Requirements (Card, PSA)
6. Schedule of early registration of Grade 7 and 11 (March 26, 2021 to April 30, 2021)

The class adviser, Ms. Maria Theresa M. Amor presided the meeting at 9 o’clock in the morning and was
followed by a short prayer led by Mrs. Arlene A. Monasterial.
The first agenda was discussed and it was about the announcement of good news that DNHS won as the
best Brigada Implementer in the Division of Albay and qualified as Regional Awardee. Ms. Amor mentioned that
this achievement is not just only for the school but for everyone like us, as part of the stakeholders of the
school. Then, she reminded again the parents/guardians to observe and follow IATF Protocols for the benefits
and safety of everyone against the COVID 19. The third agenda was the Clean-up drive which takes place 30
minutes before the meeting and actively participated by the parents/guardians. Some of the parents brought
cleaning materials like rug, broom, broomsticks and others. The next agenda, Ms. Amor tackled the calendar
activities such as the dates of the duration of the 3 rd and 4th Quarter. She also reminded again the parents about
the schedule of the retrieval and distribution of modules, that every Tuesday at 8:30 – 10:00 am is the schedule
of 8 – Blended A. After that, the adviser read the names of the students whose does not have their PSA Birth
certificate and Form 147 in their elementary. Then, it was followed by the discussion about the Early
Registration of Grade 7 – 11, which is scheduled on March 26 up to April 30, 2021. Ms. Amor also encouraged
the parents to let their children watch and listen to the teacher’s broadcasters of DNHS in RBI in DWAY FM. For
the issues and concerns, she reminded again the parents/guardians to follow the schedule of the distribution
and retrieval of modules and to encourage their children to finish and submit their modules on time. She also
said that parents/guardians should guide their children in answering the modules, but not to the point that they
are the one who will answer it. Let the children answer it by their own, but of course with their guidance. She
mentioned also the gulayan sa paaralan at tahanan, every department they have their own gulayan and
parents/guardians can also adopt this project/activity at home.
 After which, the basis of computing grades was discussed. She specified that every subject have their
own percentage in computing the grades of the learners, for example Languages, ESP and AP, it was 40% written
works and 60% performance task, for Math and Science, 50% written and 50% performance task and for MAPEH
and TLE, 30% written and 70% performance task.
The announcement and awarding of achievers was followed, which was the highlight of this meeting.
Ms. Amor presented the top 10 achievers for 1 st and 2nd quarter and awarded the certificates to the parents of
the students who earned a general average of 90 above. Lastly, the adviser released the report cards and
modules to the respective parents/guardians.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 am
