1. Mataas Na Kahoy Elementary School school shall regularly conduct

Parent-Teacher Conference for the purpose of providing a forum for the
discussion of issues and their solutions related to the total school
program and for the improvement and updates of learners’ performance
at the same time.
2. Thus, our school will conduct the Second (2nd) Parent -Teacher
Conference after the Second Quarter Examination (depends on
availability or schedule).
3. This shall be used as a venue to appraise the parents on the performance
of their children and ensure their involvement in school activities.
4. As a matter of policy, the school shall have the prime responsibility to
determine the appropriate manner of undertaking the PTC, taking into
account the present context and condition, provided that it shall adhere
to the existing policies and guidelines.
5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is
hereby directed.

MINUTES OF THE MEETING

Kindergarten Red parents and guardians once again gathered for another
classroom meeting and also, they are excited and eager to give and receive updates
regarding the improvements of their children during the second quarter.
The first agenda of the meeting was all about the upcoming events and
activities of the young learners. Reminders regarding Classroom Feeding Schedule
were also called out to ensure that proper nutrition of learners will be prioritized.
The second agenda of the meeting was the distribution of the Learners’
Report Card for the Second Quarter. Guidelines and learners’ improvement was
also given to the parents for them to see if what area of learning do their children
improved and more so, the areas of improvement were also given by the classroom
adviser to the parents for follow-up and guidance especially at home.
The third part of the agenda for that day was giving updates regarding
Third Grading Period Lessons. Recognition of learners was done next. Parents and
learners have unforgettable smile on their faces as they know that all their efforts
and guidance for their children were paid off. The meeting was adjourned and all of
those present at the meeting agreed on whatever agenda was given on that day.
