2021 NATIONAL READING MONTH CELEBRATION

DUGTUNGANG PAGBASA VIDEO CONTEST

(for Grade Levels 10, 11 & 12)

MECHANICS AND GUIDELINES:

1. Each section will form a team of eight (8) members. This will compose of story readers and IT
experts.

2. The copy of the literary piece or story will be given to the class advisers.

3. The team will create a Dugtungang Pagbasa Video about the story assigned to their section. The
names/pictures of the team members and their roles should appear at the last part of the video.

4. The use of graphic animations and video editing applications is highly recommended or allowed.

5. The deadline for the submission of entries is until November 25, 2021.

6. Submit your entries in this Google Drive link:

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1W9yaqFN8FmgSUl2Ci4CPrmly38jbqahf?usp=sharing with
the file name format: Grade and Section – Contest Title
and upload it in the school’s Facebook Group (Language Department – ASNSHS).

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:

 STORY READING TECHNIQUE

(Voice Projection, Facial Expressions, Actions & Interactions with Audience) - 60%
 CREATIVITY AND VISUAL EFFECT
(Graphical animations, sounds and editing) - 30%
 SOCIAL MEDIA AUDIENCE IMPACT
(Facebook Reactions) - 10%
