Present: 31 parents
Time started: 2:00 pm

The meeting started with a prayer by Angelene Helera. It was followed by a welcome remarks
by the class adviser, Mrs. Jaide H. Sapul. She expressed her gratitude to the parents for giving their
valued time to attend to the HRPTA meeting. She emphasized the importance of prioritizing the
children and their education.

1. The first agenda was the reporting of school and student accomplishment and the proceed of the
money collected from the foundation day. She expressed her gratitude to the parents for supporting
the successful conduct of Foundation Day.

2. She announced the Honor Roll. There were 6 students who made it to the top. Each one of them
were recognized and received certificate of recognition. Students who got perfect attendance were
also recognized.

3. Report Cards were distributed only to those students with parents present during the meeting. Other
students were reminded to accompany their parents in the school to claim their report cards, anytime
of their convenience during school days.

4. Parents whose children had issues with their grades were advised to stay for the one-on-one
conference with the adviser and with subject teachers.

. The meeting was adjourned at 3:30 pm.

Call to Order
Meeting called to order at 1:00pm by Mrs. Abegail O. Castromero

Roll Call
• There were 30 parents present in the meeting out of 46 expected attendees.

Proceedings

1. The meeting stared with a prayer.


2. Mam Ana Florence David gave her opening remarks.
3. Mrs. Linda Manalo reported the financial statements of the SY 2019-2020.
4. Mrs Ana E. Suan reported the accomplishment project for the SY 2019-2020.
5. Mr. Joel C. Manalo discussed the rules and regulations of the school(MgaAlituntuninngPaaralan) as well
as the sanctions the students may receive whenever they commit such violation. He emphasized that these
school rules and regulations were strictly implemented in the school for the betterment of the students and
to promote doing good deeds; these were divided into three categories as follows:
I. PANGANGAILANGANG PANG – AKADEMYA
II. PANGANGAILANGANG MAY KAUGNAYAN SA KAPWA, SA SARILI AT GAMIT NG
PAARALAN
III. PANGKALAHATANG PANGANGALAGA PARA SA IKABUBUTI NG LAHAT

6. K to 12 Grading System (TLE)


• Performance Task – 60%
• Written Works – 20%
• Quarterly Assessment – 20%
7. Academic excellence award will be given to high performing students as indicated in DepEd Order No
36 s. 2016
With Honors – 90% - 94%
With High Honors – 95% - 97%
With Highest Honor – 98% - 100%
8. Mrs. Nenor Martinez reiterated the the DOH program for the benefits of student’s health and safety.
These program were random drug testing, deworming and School-based Weekly Iron Folic Acid (WIFA)
for female students only.
4. The meeting was adjourned at 3:30 pm.

Meeting called to order at 1:00pm by Mrs. Abegail O. Castromero

Roll Call
• There were 33 parents present in the meeting out of 46 expected attendees.

Proceedings

1. The 2nd quarterly meeting started through a prayer led by Mrs. Babylyn Bobosa. It was followed
by a roll call conducted by the secretary and she also read the minutes of the past meeting.

2. The body comprised of 33 parents were welcomed by the class adviser. She proceeded right away
to the distribution of cards.

3. The adviser announced the Honor Roll. There were 6 students who made it to the top. Each one of
them were recognized and received certificate of recognition, pin and name tags posted on the Honor
Roll Board. Students who got perfect attendance were also recognized

4. She sadly informed the body that despite the agreement made during the parent conference there
are still students who did not attend their classes regularly. Most of these students also received
failing grades.

5. Parents whose children had issues with their grades were advised to stay for the one-on-one
conference with the adviser and with subject teachers.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:30 pm

Present: 32 parents

Proceedings

• The meeting started at 1:30 pm with a prayer by Pelita E Relox followed by rollcall/checking
of attendance. The secretary read the minutes of the last meeting.

 Mrs. Jaide Sapul announced the Honor Roll. There were 6 students who made it to the top.
Each one of them were recognized and received certificate of recognition. Students who got
perfect attendance were also recognized.

 The students’ academic achievement were properly reported to the parents’ / guardian as
shown in their report cards.

 The class adviser, Mrs. Jaide Sapul repeatedly remind the students to keep doing the required
tasks for them to have complete grades in all learning areas. She also asked the parents to help
and support their children in their school activities.

 Moreover, she warned the frequently absent students to refrain from doing so, for them to
avoid academic difficulties or problems.

 Report Cards were distributed only to those students with parents present during the meeting.
Other students were reminded to accompany their parents in the school to claim their report
cards, anytime of their convenience during school days.

The meeting adjourned at 2:05pm in the afternoon.

Meeting called to order at 8:00 am by Grade 9 – Rose Adviser, Jaide H. Sapul

Roll Call
• There were 32 parents present in the meeting out of 46 expected .
• There were 14 parents absent in the meeting.

Proceedings:
1. New set of Homeroom PTA Officers SY 2019– 2020 was organized.

The meeting started at exactly 8:00 am in the morning with short prayer led by the adviser Jaide
H. Sapul. She discussed the rules and regulations of the school (MgaAlituntuninngPaaralan) as well
as the sanctions the students may receive whenever they commit such violation.She emphasized
that these school rules and regulations were strictly implemented in the school for the betterment of
the students and to promote doing good deeds; these were divided into three categories as follows:

• Parents / guardians and students were required to sign an agreement regarding the school rules and
regulations.
• CCT recipients should strictly follow the 85 percentage of attendance every month.
• Students should not commit 10 consecutive days of absences or else will be declared as drop if there
was no valid reason for being absent. However, home visitation will be conducted when such case
occur. The class adviser / subject teachers must be notify for being absent through an excuse letter
prepared by the student duly signed by the parent/guardian. Students must avoid unreasonable
absences for them not to suffer their academic performance.

• The class adviser, Mrs. Jaide H. Sapul , reminded those parents who have not yet complied, to
submit NSO/PSA birth certificate of their child.
• Mrs. Jaide H. Sapul reiterated the DOH program for the benefit of students’ health and safety.
These programs were random drug testing, deworming and School - based Weekly Iron Folic Acid
(WIFA) Supplementation (for female students only). Such program would help the students to elevate
good health in such a way that it would help avoid serious health problems.

 K to 12 Grading System (TLE)
