Call to Order
Meeting started with a short prayer at exactly 8:30 in the morning for the 1st batch and 10: 00am for
the 2nd batch.

Roll Call
There were 17 parents out of 22 who attended the first batch and for the second batch 15 parents
out of 22, a total of 32 parents out of 44 parents.

Proceedings:

 Proper health protocols for covid-19 were strictly monitored and followed by the parents.

 The teacher presented the power point presentations about the New Norm of Education

 The following agendas were also discussed during the meeting

1. Mga Ginawang Paghahanda para sa New Norm

2. Ano ang Distance Learning?
4. Ano ang Role ng Guro, Magulang at Mag-aaral sa New Norm ng Edukasyon?
5. Proseso ng Distribusyon at Pagbabalik ng Learning Materials
6. Ano ang maari mong maitulong?

 Parents raised some questions about this New Norm of Education and they were enlightened
after the teacher explained and answered all their querries.

 The meeting adjourned at 9:30 in the morning for the 1st batch and 11:00 am for the 1nd batch.
