AGREEMENTS:

1. Mrs. Madelyn A. Calumpit, the HPTA President facilitated the meeting and the following were agreed by
them:
a. Parents decided to pay an amount of Php 85.00 for the preparation of simple snacks and lunch for
their children for the Classroom Christmas Program. They were decided to prepare spaghetti,
shanghai, maja, fried chicken, macaroni and igado. Luckilly, Mrs. Rose Marie Cabusas will give 4
cases of coke for the softdrinks. They were also settled that their children will bring their own rice.
Lastly, parents decided to buy a gift amounting of Php100.00 and above for the exchanging of gifts
among their children.
b. Parents will attend the alumni homecoming on December 21, 2018 because attendance is a must.
Parents who will not comply will be fined. They will also share Ph 20.00 for the registration as a
honorary member of the alumni association.
