IV. INTRODUCTION
In pursuance to Regional Memo No. 555, series 2020, entitled “Conduct of
the Quarterly Portfolio Day for S.Y.2020-2021.” This memo announces the conduct
of Portfolio Day for the first quarter on December 19, 2020.

V. ACCOMPLISHMENT
The Portfolio Day was facilitated by the section adviser, Perlie Berezo
and assistant adviser, Maria Christina B. Sereno, MT II of TSHS with the following
agenda:
1. Parent-Teacher-Adviser conference and feedback giving;
2. Showcase of learner’s outputs and performances;
3. Distribution of learner’s grade slips.

VI. PROBLEM/S MET

Some of the parents did not attend.

VII. RECOMMENDATION/SUGGESTION
All parents must attend in the next PTA meetings/portfolio days.

VIII. GOOD PRACTICES LEARNED

The value of cooperation and support to the learners helps the success of the
activity.
IX. SUSTAINABILITY PLAN
To sustain the plan:
Continuous participation and support of parents for all school activities.

X. REPLICATION
Parents together with the teachers must help one another for the success of
whatever plans the school may have for the better future of the learners

Meeting Agenda:
1. Parent-Teacher-Adviser Conference and Feedback-Giving
The facilitator discussed about the grades and the performance of the
learners. It has been discussed that there are a few of the students who are not
submitting the modules on time while others do not submit modules in all of the
subject areas.
2. Showcase of Learner’s Outputs and Performances
The advisers showed to the parents the outputs of the students.
3. Distribution of Learner’s Grade Slips
The advisers distributed the Grade Slips to the parents of the learners. Some
of the parents approached the teachers who did not give grades to their children
due to deficiencies.
